Instructions
- Preheat. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or your air fryer to 370°F to ensure even cooking and a crispy exterior.
- Mix Ingredients. Combine the cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until thoroughly combined and a thick mixture forms.
- Portion. Scoop the mixture into small, bite-sized portions and place them evenly spaced on a parchment-lined baking tray to prevent sticking.
- Cook. Bake the bites in the preheated oven for 18–20 minutes or air fry them for 12–15 minutes until they turn golden brown and crispy on the outside.
