  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves

Instructions

  1. Prepare and Season Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips and toss well to coat them evenly with the seasoning.
  2. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes to ensure it’s ready for cooking.
  3. Cook Chicken: Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer inside the basket. Cook the chicken for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Assemble Wraps: Remove cooked chicken from the air fryer. On each whole wheat tortilla, layer fresh spinach leaves, a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese, and the cooked chicken strips.
  5. Roll Wraps and Prepare for Second Air Fry: Roll the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling completely. Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray to help achieve a crispy texture.
  6. Air Fry the Wraps: Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until tortillas are crispy and golden.
