Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the filling: In a medium bowl, combine the chopped cooked shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Assemble the roll-ups: Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce over the bottom of a baking dish. Lay out each lasagna noodle flat, spread an even layer of the seafood filling over each noodle, then carefully roll them up. Place each roll seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Add sauce and cheese topping: Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the roll-ups, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheeses on top to cover fully.
