  • ¼ cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) tamari
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) water
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
  • 1 garlic clove, halved

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Place the nutritional yeast flakes, olive oil, tamari, water, maple syrup, and halved garlic clove into a personal blender fitted with the grinding blade or into a bowl if using a hand blender.
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Purée all the ingredients thoroughly until the sauce reaches a smooth and creamy consistency without any lumps.
  3. Store the Sauce: Pour the blended sauce into an airtight container and refrigerate. The Dragon Sauce will stay fresh and flavorful for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
